Tidying up clutter, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors, removing trash, cleaning dirty surfaces, dusting. 

Additional services such as laundry, ironing, oven cleaning, gardening, and outdoor windows washing may be offered at an extra cost of £2.00 p/h

Weekday (7 am - 6 pm): £21.50 (only for new clients)

Evening (5 pm - 10 pm): £24.50

1. Housekeeping (Deep Cleaning Service):

Price: £24.60/£25.60/£28.50 /£35.00/£40.00

• Conditions: Pricing may vary based on the condition and extent of cleaning required, as well as the size of the house and the number of rooms.

1. Companionship:

Talking therapies, meal support, Inca head massages (legs, feet, back, head), manicure, hair/beauty care/ hair washing, staying active, engaging in social activities, grocery shopping, transportation, driving around, visiting cafes, attending church, appointments/GP/Hospitals. 

Weekday (7 am - 5 pm): £26.50

Evening (5 pm - 10 pm): £28.50

Weekend: £29.50

Transportation Charges Policy

1. Transportation to Non-Client Locations: When using my vehicle for transportation to visit locations such as cafes, shops, and other non-client destinations, there will be an additional charge of £0.69 per mile for petrol.

2. Transportation to Client Homes: . "There are no charges for using my vehicle to visit clients' homes within a 5-mile radius of BS16

1. Personal Care:

Assistance with getting out of bed and walking/maintaining personal hygiene (oral hygiene, washing, bathing, showering, dressing)/caring for personal appearance (shaving, grooming, skincare, etc).

Weekday (7 am - 5 pm): £27.00

Evening (5 pm - 10 pm): £29.50

Weekend: £30.00

1.  Specialised Personal Care:

Meal prep and nutrition, cognitive engagement/activities / Parkinson's Disease/Dementia, medication management, assistance with getting out of bed and walking/maintaining personal hygiene (oral hygiene, washing, bathing, showering, dressing)/caring for personal appearance (shaving, grooming, skincare, changing or maintaining a stoma /catheter bag. Etc ).

Weekday (7 am - 5 pm): £30.00

Evening (5 pm - 10 pm): £32.00

Weekend: £35.00

1. Sleeping Night:

Your carer sleeps in your home throughout the night and is on hand if you need support at any time.

Weekday (8 pm - 6 am): £29.00

Weekend: (8 pm - 6 am): £30.00

1. Waking Night:

Your carer stays awake throughout the night to provide specialist care whenever required. 

Weekday (7 pm - 6 am): £33.00

Weekend: (7 pm - 6 am): £36.50

8. Last-Minute Help (Emergency): Available 24/7

Our emergency services provide prompt and reliable assistance for various situations. We offer:

• Immediate Response:
  • For falls, panic attacks, and other health emergencies.
  • Waiting until the arrival of an ambulance, paramedics, or a family member.
  • Collecting medication.
  • Technical Support:
    • Help with essential devices and equipment.
  • Home Repairs:
    • Immediate fixes for urgent maintenance issues like dripping pipes etc (depending on the issue).
  • Personal Support:

· Changing Pads: Help with managing and changing pads as required.

· Showering: Assistance with showering to ensure safety and comfort.

· Errands & Sudden Needs: Help with running errands and addressing sudden needs that may arise.

1. Bank Holiday Charges:

 "If our services are scheduled on a bank holiday and the client cancels for any reason, including travel plans, family celebrations, or other personal commitments, the client will still be charged as though the service took place on the bank holiday. This policy applies to all our services."

    Weekday (6 am – 8 pm): £50.00

            Weekend:(6 am – 8 pm): £60.00
